Processing of data

We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish, or modify legal relationships with us (master data). This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. Necessary data processing for the provision of the website

When our website is accessed, your web browser automatically sends data to our web server. This includes:
  • IP address or host name of the user
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system of the user
  • Date and time of the server request
  • Referrer URL

Purpose of data collection for the provision of the website

Your IP address must be recorded by our system during the provision of the website in order to technically enable you to access the website.
For this purpose, we have a legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation).

Possibility of objection and deletion

As the collection of data is technically absolutely necessary for the provision of the website, there is no possibility for the user to object or for us to delete the data. The IP address is automatically deleted when leaving the website.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. The transmitted data corresponds to the data collected for the provision of the website.
Your IP address is changed during transmission in the server log files and is thus made anonymous. A personal allocation of the stored data is therefore no longer possible.

The basis for data processing is article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO (GDPR), which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Your IP address is stored for the duration of your session. The server log files are deleted after one day.

The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit us.

You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping basket function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (GDPR). The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of his services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are treated separately in this data protection declaration.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the contact form, including the contact data you provide therein, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of data

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (GDPR), which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data on the use of our internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or charge the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
